O Governo brasileiro tomou conhecimento, com consternação, dos efeitos da Tempestade Tropical Washi, na região meridional das Filipinas, a qual causou, até o momento, a morte de pelos menos 650 pessoas e grandes perdas materiais.

O Governo brasileiro solidariza-se com as famílias das vítimas e espera que a situação na região afetada seja normalizada o mais breve possível.

The Brazilian Government is saddened to learn of the effects of Tropical Storm Washi in the southern part of the Philippines, which has so far caused 650  deaths and significant material losses.

The Brazilian Government conveys its solidarity to the families of the victims and trusts that the situation in the affected region will return to normal in the shortest time possible.
