O Governo brasileiro tomou conhecimento, com consternação, do incidente ocorrido em Phnom Penh, durante as celebrações do Festival da Água, em 22 de novembro, que resultou na morte de pelo menos 400 pessoas e em centenas de feridos.
O Governo brasileiro solidariza-se com o Governo e o povo do Camboja pelas irreparáveis perdas humanas sofridas.

The Brazilian Government has learned, with consternation, of the incident in Phnom Penh, during the celebrations of the Water Festival, on 22 November 2010, which killed at least 400 people and left hundreds injured.
The Brazilian Government conveys its solidarity to the Government and people of Cambodia for the irretrievable human losses suffered.
