“Majestade,

Em nome do Povo e do Governo brasileiros, transmito-lhe meu sentimento de consternação pelas irreparáveis perdas humanas e pelos grandes danos materiais sofridos pela Tailândia, em consequência das fortes enchentes que afligem o país.

Queira aceitar, Majestade, nossa solidariedade neste momento difícil.

On 26 October, President Dilma Rousseff conveyed the following message to the King of Thailand:
