Atentado na Somália / Attack in Somalia

O Governo brasileiro condena o atentado terrorista cometido hoje, 24 de agosto, em Mogadíscio, na Somália, que resultou na morte de dezenas de pessoas, inclusive parlamentares somalianos.
Ao estender suas condolências às famílias das vítimas e expressar sua solidariedade ao povo e ao Governo Federal de Transição da Somália, bem como à Missão da União Africana na Somália (AMISOM), o Governo brasileiro reitera sua mais veemente condenação a atos terroristas, independentemente dos seus objetivos.
O Brasil acompanha com grande preocupação a crise humanitária e a situação de insegurança na Somália e insta os atores políticos daquele país a buscar um entendimento abrangente.

The Brazilian Government condemns the terrorist attack carried out on 24 August, in Mogadishu, Somalia, which victimized dozens of people, including members of the Somali parliament.
In extending its condolences to the families of the victims and expressing its solidarity to the people and to the Federal Transitional Government of Somalia, as well as to the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISON), the Brazilian Government reiterates its vehement condemnation of terrorist acts, regardless of their objectives.
The Brazilian Government has been following with great concern the humanitarian crisis and the insecurity situation in Somalia and urges the political actors of the country to reach a broad understanding.
