The President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Evo Morales, will make an official visit to Brasilia on November 27, 2017, during which he will hold a meeting with President Michel Temer, at the Planalto Palace.
The purpose of the visit is to stimulate and strengthen bilateral cooperation and coordination. Issues related to the fight against transnational crimes, energy, defense, border development, integration of the physical infrastructure, migratory and consular affairs, trade and investment will be addressed.
Brazil is the first destination for Bolivian exports and the second largest supplier of goods to the country. In 2016, bilateral trade flow reached US$ 2.769 billion. The Brazilian exports portfolio to Bolivia is diversified and primarily composed of manufactured goods.
