The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil / Itamaraty has temporarily set up a 24-hour Support Center for Brazilians in Medellin, at the Executive Terminal of the Olaya Herrera Airport, VIP Room 2, phone numbers +57 4 3656180 and +57 4 3656181.
The temporary Support Center counts with the presence of a physician, a psychologist, local government officials, officials from the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and consular officers from the Brazilian Embassy in Colombia. In addition to providing assistance to the families and friends of the victims of the plane crash with the team Chapecoense, the Support Center staff will handle the bureaucratic procedures in order for the bodies to be quickly transported to Brazil.
