The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development of France, Laurent Fabius, will visit Brazil on November 22.

He will have an audience with President Dilma Rousseff, after which he will be received at the Itamaraty Palace by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, Mauro Vieira, for a working lunch in which the Environment Minister, Izabella Teixeira, will also participate. They will discuss the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21), to be held in Paris from November 30 to December 11; the current situation in the Mercosur-EU negotiations; the fight against terrorism; and other issues of mutual interest.

The three Ministers will hold a joint press conference at 2pm tomorrow, November 22, in the Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
